•Embee's Property Management would show your property 7 days a week          and answer the phone 24 hours a day.

       Owner Statements

•You receive a Monthly Owners statement

•Itemized monthly income and expenses

•Provide annual financial reports

      Maintenance and Repairs

•Embee's Property Management would maintain qualified contractors and           utilize their services only when necessary

•Embee's Property Managemet would perform periodic interior and exterior          inspections of your property and let you know how things look

•Embee's Property Management would supervise all repairs and                          improvements as required
